Events in Kauai
The island of Kauai is regularly home to the most authentic Hawaiian events. From Luau’s to Street Fairs and Golf Tournaments to Marathon’s. We want to keep you up to date on all of the events happening in Kauai. Below you will find upcoming events on the island.
Koloa Plantation Days
From July 20-29th the Koloa Plantation Days will celebrate what is truly unique about Kauai’s South Shore. The towns of Koloa and Poipu come together for a yearly festival to celebrate the local plantation culture. Over 20 events will be hosted during this nine day festival ranging from barrel races to music concerts. This is an event you definitely do not want to miss!
Kauai Marathon
On September 2nd over 300 runners will converge on the island of Kauai for the annual marathon! This energizing event is a definite must see if you are on the island. The race starts and finishes right in our very own Poipu, within walking distance of the Villas.
Coconut Festival
On October 6-7, Kauai will host that 15th annual Coconut Festival. It is time to become one with the hawaiian islands and live the true coconutty life. This event is packed with cultural events, cooking demonstrations, games, and of course a lot of food!! Hosted in Kapa’a on the east side of the island, this event takes place in the Kapa’a Beach Park.
