We have added a fitness center with flat screen TV for the exclusive use of Villas guests, it includes:

- Universal equipment
- Exercise balls
- Free weights

As a member of the Poipu Kai Association, our guests are welcome to use the Poipu Raquet Club at a nominal $10 per day fee. There are tennis clinics and round robins also offered. Nothing like playing tennis at sea level!
Yoga Classes are available on the Greenbelt on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 10:15am. with a fee of $15 per class, per person.
Pilates classes on the greenbelt are available for guests at no charge. This is offered on Mondays from 8:00 am to 9:15
