Hawaii is not traditionally the first place you would think of for a Halloween getaway, but the island offers many exciting activities you will be talking about for years to come.
When you want to experience a thrilling Halloween with your family, take a look at the Kukui Grove’s Kauai’s Community Haunted House at the Kukui Grove Mall. The local Haunted House is open Saturday, Oct. 31. 2015 from 3pm on. The cost is $3 for children 10 years and under and $5 for adults. The Kauai’s Community Haunted House is sponsored by the Kauai County Farm Bureau and includes plenty of family activities as well as a pumpkin giveaway. The proceeds from the Haunted House go to support the local charities.
Looking for a party? Check out the Hollywood Halloween Party on Friday, 10/30/2015 at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Taking place from 7pm to midnight, the Halloween Party has an entry fee of $25 before the party and $30 at the door. There will be a $500 cash prize for the best costume. You can also find a Halloween night event taking place at Rob’s Good Time Grill. Featuring a costume party and contest as well as dancing with a live DJ running the show and plenty of other activities.
